Features: It can ensure that the gears and bearings are fully in contact with lubricating oil, and the lubrication effect is good. Suitable for low-speed and heavy-duty gear reducers. Attention should be paid to the control of oil level height. If the oil level is too high, it will increase stirring loss and heat generation, while if the oil level is too low, sufficient lubrication cannot be guaranteed.
Drip lubrication method
Utilize the self weight of the lubricating oil to drop it drop by drop onto the friction pair.
Jet lubrication method
Directly pressurizing and spraying with an oil pump through a nozzle is suitable for closed gears with a circumferential velocity greater than 12-14 meters per second and low splash lubrication efficiency. Oil ring lubrication method is a lubrication method that uses a ring with a diameter larger than the shaft diameter to rotate together with the shaft, bringing the lubricating oil from the lower oil reservoir to the shaft neck.
