The body of the worm gear reducer is made of high-quality aluminum alloy die-casting, which has a small volume, fast heat dissipation, and a surface treated with a film without embroidery, making it beautiful and durable. The worm gear is made of chromium molybdenum alloy steel, which has undergone carburizing heat treatment and grinding, resulting in smooth transmission, low noise, high input torque, and can be installed in all directions.

The working principle of aluminum alloy worm gear reducer is basically the same as that of ordinary worm gear reducer, mainly achieved through the mutual meshing of worm gear and worm to achieve reduction transmission, as follows:
1. Structural foundation:
-Worm gear: It is a disc-shaped gear with spiral teeth on the outside, similar to helical gears, but the shape and angle of the teeth are specially designed according to the fit with the worm.
-Worm: shaped like a bolt with spiral teeth. Worm gears are generally made of steel with high hardness, and undergo special heat treatment processes to achieve high surface hardness, which can withstand significant friction and wear.
2. Transmission process:
-When a motor or other power source drives the worm to rotate, the helical teeth of the worm will mesh with the teeth of the worm wheel. Due to the relatively small helix angle of the worm, the worm can drive the worm wheel to rotate, and this transmission method has a large transmission ratio. That is to say, when the worm rotates once, the worm gear may only rotate a small angle, thus achieving the effect of deceleration.
Aluminum alloy worm gear reducers convert input high-speed rotational motion into output low-speed high torque motion through the special structure and interaction of worm gear and worm gear, and are widely used in various mechanical equipment that requires deceleration and torque increase.
